Over 200,000 people are expected to visit their local ITICA chipper today, Wednesday 29th May, to celebrate National Fish & Chips Day. Now in its fourth year, National Fish & Chips Day was created by the Irish Traditional Italian Chippers Association (ITICA) to celebrate the 128 year old tradition of Fish & Chips. Over 200 ITICA members throughout Ireland will take part and offer their customers half price Fish & Chips to mark the occasion.
