Fortune’s Fool Productions & Luas are excited to bring ‘The Tempest’, one of Shakespeare’s most enjoyable and magical plays, to the community for free at the beautiful Iveagh Gardens from the 3rd – 12th of August.

Performances start at 7pm on weekdays and at 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. To get to the Iveagh Garden shows, take Luas Green Line to Harcourt stop and walk 5 minutes to the Clonmel Street entrance.
Following on from the success of last year’s free production ‘Romeo and Juliet (Unplugged)’, Fortune’s Fool Productions are bringing a new round of live entertainment to audiences of all ages with a production of The Tempest.
The Tempest tells the story of Prospero and his daughter Miranda who have been stranded on a strange, deserted island for 12 years – unfolding an enchanting tale of sibling rivalry, magic, romance, comedy and redemption.
