Ballymaguire Foods currently employs 150 people in Lusk and produces 150,000 meals a year . 100 new jobs are to be based in a new state of the art food plant created by Lusk based Ballymaguire Foods. The new jobs which will greatly bolster the existing workforce of 150 will be worth just over €4m to thelocal economy and will include graduate positions in sales and marketing as well as food scientists and technicians, R+D, chefs, cooks and general operatives with a further 100 jobs being generated in the construction of the new food plant which will take nine months to complete.
