Mutually beneficial project sees prisoners make a difference to outside world by raising animals for impoverished families in Kosovo, Europe’s poorest nation: Bóthar, the international development agency that specialises in the use of livestock in development aid,  ‘releasing’ 20 in-calf dairy heifers from Shelton Abbey Prison destined for needy families in Kosovo.
